Check power connections to motherboard (24 pin and 8 pin). When the 8 pin isn't connected a red LED glows next to it when I turn on the PSU. Cleared CMOS by shorting the CLR pins on the mobo. Checked that the PSU works with a paperclip. Booting by shorting the power pins. Updating BIOS using USB flashback (with and without CPU attached)I am also having the same issue with my EVGA 3090 (Q-code 97). I have a 5900x and Asus Dark Hero and have tried the following: Updated the BIOS Updated all the drivers (even for the monitor Samsung G9) Disabled CSM and switched my OS from a legacy BIOS to UEFI Performed a series of other hardware tests (check memory, cpu, voltage etc.)
