EVGA was the best for Nvidia but they aren’t making GPUs anymore because of the a-holes at Nvidia. MSI and Gigabyte are the worst for customer service. Asus is pretty terrible too but not as bad. XFX is lower quality, Powercolor is better but not as good as Sapphire. I don’t know much about ASRock, Zotac, or PNY for GPUs.My 13600KF/ASUS ROG Z690-A currently undervolted to 1.14v on core voltage, E-cores @ 4.00Ghz and P-cores @ 5.20Ghz got 23719 points on Cinebench R23 with a maximum power draw of 152/147W on Package and IA with temps at 70-71. I'm very satisfied considering how warm the ambient temps in my room is at.ASRock boards are ugly, and their hardware on their lower end boards is shit. The only decent ASRock boards are typically the tai chis with a few exceptions both ways (some of the phantom gaming boards are decent and the x570 tai chi board is crap). The biggest issue IMO is that the bios is incredibly hard to navigate.

It will not run with 4x8Gb of the same ram, Corsair Vengeance LPX, at its 3600Mhz XMP. Best I can do is run them manually, 16,18,18,36, 1.36V at 3200Mhz OCCT stable on the latest bios. Any higher it defaults back to 2133Mhz. Apparently there are plenty of new updates showing up in the latest Bios update list but neither on the individual download pages nor on the asrock servers. Feb/Mar is when ASRock will officially announce the X600, not when it'll be available on shelves. ASRock is willing to put these in customers' hands in advance of the APU drop for CPU-oriented workstations that require minimal graphical acceleration. The X600 motherboard will support plugging in an eGPU.
If it doesnt boot anymore with the new BIOS you can still switch to the other one. Make sure to save both, the Silent and the Perf. BIOS as a file (you can do that with GPU-Z) If you have a second GPU, you can still recover the Silent BIOS of the Taichi if it shouldn't boot anymore. Motherboards as a whole vary a lot on a board by board basis, and less so by manufacturer. The new 55mm ID Cooling IS-55. Same height as the old IS-60 non-EVO but 1 less heat pipe, more surface area, and better mounting system. Possibly a candidate for the best air cooler under 60mm. Should be yeah. Looks like it would be perfect to use with 25mm thick fan for 67mm max CPU cooler height sandwich cases.
Theirs are probably newer than Asrock. The audio chip is mostly likely the Realtek 890 series (887-892), not that it matters much. I would not be surprised if this isn't branded as "HD" Audio. Realtek's drivers are generic and provides limited functionality. AsRock's drivers will allow for full functionality and provide nice GUIs for jack ... But quality-wise Asrock is reputable and in general is no better/worse than the other 3 (although like with any component some people will swear by one brand or another). Ive never purchased one but Ive heard good things.
